James Chatfield - Director
Director and Founder of Chatfield Consulting. James Chatfield designs individual finance structures for residential, commercial, Self-Managed Super Fund and development purchases. Working one on one or in a workshop environment James will personally guide you through the entire finance process.
Yvonne Tan - Finance Manager
Guiding the loan processing team towards your loan approval is Yvonne Tan. With a Masters in Accounting you can be sure Yvonne is checking and double checking all banking requests are met with your loan application. Yvonne’s unique skill set enables her to understand the complex lending structures in particular with company owners or savvy investors with multiple holdings in various entities.
Kristy Yin
With over 4 years experience in the finance industry Kristy specialises in sourcing finance options for commercial and residential sectors. Kristy excels in delivering finance options with her strong sense of the market and passion for understanding clients needs.
Perry Allan
Perry Allan brings a wealth of experience to the group specialising in Finance for Commercial and Residential Lending options. A long standing member of the University Cricket Club and leading coach locally and internationally, Perry has a combined skill set in education, sporting and finance.
David Coxon
David Coxon is a Property Finance Specialist with over 40 years experience in the finance industry. David has been successfully helping clients with their lending needs for the past 17 years. David undertakes regular study and holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/ Mortgage Broking Management).
Emile Van Der Merwe
Emile is our newest member of the Chatfield Group having graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance. Emile will be providing finance and lending options to our clients for residential and commercial purposes.
